LEGAL

Privacy policy

Effective August 1, 2026

Information collected

When you place an order, Stripe collects payment, contact, billing, and shipping information needed to process the transaction. Xenon Vault receives order and fulfillment details such as your name, email, shipping address, purchased item, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Analytics and advertising

We use the TikTok Pixel to measure page views, checkout starts, and completed purchases, understand advertising performance, and improve ad delivery. TikTok may use cookies and receive technical information such as page activity, device or browser information, and product or order value. We also record limited first-party events such as page views, selected product variants, checkout starts, and verified purchases. These first-party analytics events do not include names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details. Xenon Vault does not send customer email addresses or phone numbers through this Pixel implementation. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may limit third-party tracking.

How information is used

We use order information to process payments, arrange fulfillment, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, handle returns, measure advertising, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Service providers

Information may be shared only as needed with Stripe, TikTok, fulfillment suppliers, carriers, hosting providers, and professional or legal service providers. These providers process data for their respective services and may maintain their own privacy policies.

Retention and choices

Order records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, disputes, taxes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain. You may also use browser privacy settings or content-blocking tools to limit advertising cookies.

Security

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Sensitive API credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed in the storefront.
