Where we ship
Xenon Vault currently accepts orders shipping to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Cost and timing
Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed product price. The current estimated delivery window is 6–14 business days after an order is placed. This includes supplier processing and transit time and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the carrier information becomes available. Carrier scans can take additional time to appear. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout.
Delays and address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If an order is materially delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support so we can investigate and provide the appropriate refund or replacement.
