30-day return window
Contact Xenon Vault within 30 days after confirmed delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
Wrong, damaged, or missing items
Contact us within seven days of delivery and keep the packaging. We may request photos or other reasonable information needed to verify the issue. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change-of-mind returns
Approved change-of-mind returns may require the customer to pay return shipping. Do not send an item to the supplier or any address without return authorization from Xenon Vault.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s bank may require 5–10 business days to display the credit after it is issued.
